"Stopped in as I traveled through town. Was greeted as I entered, and my server was quick with the menu and my drink order. They have a full bar, so there's plenty of drink options. Love the decorations, sorry I didn't take pictures of that! Food was solid, and here's my thoughts: Ribs are OK, a little over done and dry/powdery where there isn't sauce, but a solid 6. The pulled pork is good, i'd say 8. The tri-tip is also overcooked and not a lot of flavor, sauce a must, 6. The coleslaw is quite good, has a nice balance of sweet and tangy without either being overwhelming, 9. The beans are not to my liking, 4. The Louisiana hot link is dry, not a lot of flavor, not much heat. No cheese inside that I can tell, 5. The pickle chips are fantastic, 10! Crispy batter, and lightly seasoned. The fry sauce is good, but not bold. The ranch is just a standard slightly watered down ranch. Overall, I'd give it a 7. It's definitely a lot of food."

"A good place to stop for food if you're passing through town; great food, I had the pulled pork sandwich with spicy honey barbecue sauce and coleslaw, it was delicious. The fries weren't quite as crispy as I would have liked, but they did have some pleasant crunch to them, and they made up for it in flavor. They were very well seasoned, in my opinion. The waitress was also very friendly! Definitely stopping here again next time I drive through"

"The Pig is a great place to eat in Winnemucca! The ambiance is cozy with a lot of fun antiques hanging up. The bar b que was great, I had the Cuban Sandwich which I would absolutely repeat. I am not a huge fries fan but these little curly q's fries were particularly good! Friendly service too!"
